Hwashi Inox SS304 Kitchen Double Sink Seam Welding Machine and Stainless Steel CNC Sink Polishing Machine Grinder

Product Overview

The CNC 3 Axis Control Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink Seam Welding Machine utilizes roller electrodes instead of cylindrical spot welding electrodes. The welded workpiece moves between the rollers to produce a sealed weld with overlapping molten cores, effectively joining the workpiece together.

This system employs a medium frequency inverter welding power source and large flat platform locating method. Servo motors drive the X-axis (locating mould) and Y-axis (welding electrode) according to preset PLC procedures. The welding product is positioned inside the mould and moves horizontally along the X direction, while the welding electrode moves vertically along the Y direction. The welding electrode can rotate 360° under servo motor control, making it suitable for welding products at different angles.

Suitable for welding sinks within the range of 1600x700x300mm (customizable).

CNC Sink Edges Grinding and Polishing Machine

This specially designed machine grinds and polishes seams after welding. Typically purchased together with the welding machine to complete kitchen sink production, this CNC sink grinding machine utilizes abrasive belt polishing principles.

The abrasive belt, driven by an electric motor, polishes the edges of welded sinks through two processes: first using a coarse abrasive belt to grind redundant cutting edges and projection welding spots, then using a fine abrasive belt for polishing treatment. These two processes meet sink grinding and polishing requirements.
